As managing editor, I was the administrator of the Goshen Commons Facebook page and posted weekly content updates.

The Correspondent

As News Director, I administrated the show Facebook page, posting bi-weekly show updates. This also included providing our audience with news updates for a breaking story.

uLEAD, Inc.

During a summer internship, I created a more consistent social media presence for the organization. As a social media consultant, I introduced the company to Hootsuite and developed a posting plan for their Facebook and Twitter posts. I also helped create an event marketing plan that included a series of strategically released promotional videos, specified Tweets, a Facebook group, and Facebook posts.

Franconia Conference

As a summer intern, I helped with a website transfer, which included developing a blog tagging strategy for the new website and helping design a front page hashtag display. I also covered a two-week long partner trip to Mexico City, where I remotely posted updates to Facebook, along with posting pictures to Facebook during the trip.

mPress

I was a writer for a daily newspaper for the Mennonite Church USA 2011 Convention in Pittsburgh. I ran the publication Twitter feed for the event, posting daily content links, receiving comments and suggestions from convention goers, and promoting the print publication of the newspaper.
